It's a waxy like pencil that leaves a bit of a tacky layer on the eyebrow area. It does make the brow seem fuller.b

It was for my Grandaughter it’s all gone in the cases I bought for her dance show in August and towards Christmas appart from some she as had and alsow a bundle for Easter she loves it all 🩷🩷🩷

The shade is lighter than I thought it would be but I must have picked the wrong shade but it stays put all day and thin enough to work in to all the gaps I really liked it but would buy in a darker shade
