Where is the new store?
Trafford Palazzo, next to lego land store
What are the store opening plans?
The official opening ceremony starts at 12pm Midday.
What time can I queue from?
Access to the area will be open from 6:00am earliest on 5th July.
Can I camp out overnight?
Sign posted entrances will be visible and a queuing system
will be in place. However, there will be nothing open overnight, with limited
facilities available. If you’re driving,
park at Palazzo car park and enter by
Phoenix way entrance.
Please don’t bring items such as tents, sleeping bags and
camping chairs as these will not be allowed on the malls.
Whilst the queue will start inside the Trafford Palazzo due
to the large numbers expected, some of the queue may go outside – so please
come prepared for the typical Manchester weather – this includes suncream, a
hat, umbrella and coat!
If you’re coming with friends, please arrive together or
meet up with your group before joining the queue.
Which entrance do I use to get in the queue?
The queue will start outside Plouise store, please only use
the the carpark entrance from the Palazzo if you are joining the queue.
What time does the store open?
The official opening ceremony starts at 12pm Midday ,
general opening hours will be: 10-10 Mon-Fri, 10-9 on Saturday, and 12-6 on
Sunday.
How do I get a goody bag?
The first 200 people in the queue will receive an exclusive
PR box.
Missed out on a PR box? The team will be bringing plenty of
surprises, including games and giveaways throughout the day.
Where are the nearest toilets?
The nearest toilets, including disabled toilets and
parent/child toilets, are on 3rd floor
of the palazzo, next to KingPins.
If you need to use the toilet whilst in the queue, please
speak to a member of staff.
What provisions do you have in place for customers with disabilities / accessible requirements?
We are expecting it to be very busy with big crowds, loud
music and entertainment throughout the day. To make it fair for everyone, the
queue will be first-come, first-served. We will provide a separate provisions
in place to protect disabled attendees.
If you need any support, there’ll be lots of easily
identifiable P Louise members of staff around, so please speak to a member of
staff and they’ll be happy to help.
Will there be more goody bags after opening day?
The PR boxes will be exclusive to launch day. If any changes
to this it will be to Plouise’s discretion.
