Store your Brow Balm in a cool, dry place to ensure for a consistently thick and creamy formula for an ease-free application.
Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources as this may result in the consistency of your Brow Balm to become thinner. This may also affect the longevity of the product on your brow.
If this happens, we would suggest placing your Brow Balm in the fridge for a few minutes to help reset the consistency.
Please note: you may receive the Brow Balm in the old packaging. This is dependent on stock levels.

- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
- Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
- Upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday
