When I initially purchased the gift card, I didn’t realise it was a virtual card for online use only. The young lady the card is intended for is being given a trip to the academy as a birthday surprise & I wanted her to have a gift card to spend while she’s there. I contacted customer service to explain my predicament & they were only too happy to send me a physical card and it arrived today in this lovely presentation box. It's a gift voucher and due to only being able to get the voucher via an email I had to print it out to give to my niece for her 16th birthday. I would have much preferred to be able to have a physical gift card to give to her, as I feel this is more personal, but I wasn't paying for you to post me out a physical card that was literally just the gift card that you can't put money on lol! However I'm sure she will have fun spending it next week when she comes to visit 🙂
