I'm obsessed, it's very useful and comfortable, never again without it.
Terrible customer service. I got sent 2x chapter2 palettes when I ordered chapter3 2x. When I got in touch the service was terrible after sending it back they never tried sorting it out for me. Always getting told it can take upto 14 days however, it took over a month. After continuous chasing I was finally told that it was out of stock and then at the end got sent the chapter 2 palletes in replacement. A big mess and a big waste of time.
