This is a pre order item and your order will not be dispatched straight away. All Advents will start to be dispatched from the end of October.
Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the product. Standard shipping only to the UK. Standard shipping will only be available to international customers.
If you are a US customer you are able to purchase the Advent on our US website.
Please note, some countries may be restricted due to the weight of the box- if this is the case you will hear from the Plouise team. Customs charges may apply.
Your Advent Calendar will NOT arrive with batteries, and must be provided by the customer in order for the Advent to light up. All advents have been opened to ensure all products inside are in working condition.
Please note, no other products can be ordered when placing your Advent Calendar. You are unable to exchange/swap any of the products inside the advent. Store credit or discount is not available on the Advent Calendar.

Our Standard Delivery is provided by Royal Mail on a tracked 48 service but if you want you can upgrade to a 24 hour premium service or even a DPD next day where if you order before 1pm we will aim to dispatch same day.
Standard 2-5 Working Day Delivery - Tracked (Monday-Friday).
Premium 1-2 Day Delivery (Monday-Friday, Order by 1pm).
Next Working Day Delivery with DPD (Order before 1 pm, Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Love our advent, few niggles but nothing major, the items what we've seen look lovely, the lid on carriage 2 doesn't stay stuck on and the battery compartments are very fiddly and ashame it doesn't come with batteries for the price it is however it is a very pretty item and we can't wait for December. X
What an absolutely beautiful advent calender . I've bought this for my daughter but will definitely be sneaking and using some products myself . The advent came before expected and in one piece with nothing damaged .Roll on the 1st December. ❤️
