I was really excited for the mystery bag experience. I absolutely love mystery boxes/bags. Even if it turns out that the items aren’t actually what I may have wanted. But when I received my package in the mail - I opened my shipping box and what did I see? Not a mystery box or a mystery bag. The items I got, which were great - were in the shipping box itself. Like it felt the items were randomly tossed in the box without any sort of thought. I was disappointed because the surprise element was completely lost. I got the Bed Ready Sleeping mask and the Stay Shining lip oil. So the items themselves were fine - it was the delivery that was not so great. Definitely NOT a mystery.
The products are very good.
I had very bad dried lips but then I used p.louise and my life was better 🩷
I have been buying for my granddaughter’s birthday and Christmas but this is the first time I have bought for myself . I absolutely love the product’s that I bought will be buying more
Overall a nice experience but a little disappointed with the mystery bag, I got this for free because I did my first purchase, and all I received was this eyeshadow palette which is not up to the value of 30£ I was wondering if I wasn’t buying this and paying 30£ and all I would have gotten would be a 15£ value eyeshadow pallet In love with the other skincare products I’ve purchased
A £30 mystery box with a gift bag and sleeping mask is a bit of a joke! It might have been free but still 😂
The mystery bag arrived with my purchase empty with no free goodies as promised upon order just a flat cardboard bag. Very disappointing for my daughter on the morning of her birthday.

Honestly so disappointed I spend hundreds on p Louise on line in store and on TikTok and this was such a disappointment for £30 2 small items so my daughter was so looking forward to it with her birthday money felt so bad on her when you can get like 3 for &27 on bad b just an example so surly should try putting as much as you can this was shocking

I absolutely loved them! Watermelon is one of my favorites fruits, the lip oil and lip conditioner really smell like it plus they feel really nice on the lips , 10/10 would recommend!!!

They say mystery bundle for £30 but you only get two things max £20 which is a scrub and a lip oil. In the videos they show a minimum of 4 items but it's only 2 items because it's not worth £30.so I'm disappointed about that😢
