When the parcel arrived it was empty!!
The PLouise box hadn't been sealed, but this was also inside a grey poly bag which was fully sealed. There was no damage to the parcel so it wasn't out in transit. PLouise say it was packed... clearly not as I didn't get anything in the box.
IT WAS EMPTY!!!
They say they checked the packing station but as I've said the box wasn't sealed... so the person didn't do their job properly and now I have to pay for an empty box
Disgusting customer service 😤
I will not ever buy again from this company.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star - scammers
