Stunning like everything else it’s all out of this world
My daughter has always wanted to visit the store. Drove 4hours from Bicester to Manchester to get her there. She got all her favourite stuff and even won freebies from singing. Staff were amazing, the environment was surreal. Fantastic experience

this is the best coffee cup ive ever had. had my first pumpkin latte of the season in it this morning. I made the coffee at 7am and when I finished it at 11am, it was still hot! its very good quality and I love it!

We visited P.Louise city and my daughter fell in love with this cup. She absolutely adores it. Use’s it everyday for all her drinks
I was very dissapointed when my cup arrived with the lid having scratches all around the sides, so contacted customer service with photos attached. It ended up with more than 6 emails back & forth asking for more photos then a video showing the damage! I've never had to go to this extreme for any company in the past if there we're issues. I was then eventually told I can keep the cup with a 10% (£2.50) refund or return the cup itself. I am extremely dissapointed with the lack of customer service along with this taking over a week of emails back & forth. I am a VIP Member as well as a monthly subscription customer, so this leaves me even more frustrated that I was dealth with in that way. So much so I will now ne cancelling with yourselves. Gorgeous cup, lovely quality. My only downside is that it did not arrive in gift box packaging as the cuddle cup did. But that’s more of a preference.

I love my new Cheetah cup, it’s great. My friends are so jealous, they all want one now. It keeps my drinks nice and cold for ages, just like all of the PLouise cups. If you love the Cheetah pattern you’ve just got to get one.
