The products themselves are genuinely lovely, and the parts that arrived intact are high quality and beautiful. Sadly, our experience with the Manifest Collection was very disappointing overall. We placed two separate orders, and the same collection arrived damaged both times. After the first damaged order, support initially offered only £5, which felt far too low for a £75 item with broken and contaminated eyeshadows. After a frustrating back and forth, we eventually received £20 store credit, which still felt too low, but we accepted it. We then reordered the collection, partly because of that credit, and unfortunately the second order arrived damaged in the same way. In the second support case, we were offered £20 again from the start, presented as a special gesture because the same issue had happened twice. However, since this was the same amount offered after the first damaged order, it did not feel like a meaningful or fair resolution. After further discussion, we did receive a £40 refund, which we appreciate. However, the overall experience was still not fully satisfying. The main issue seems to be the packaging. For overseas shipping, a cardboard box just big enough to fit the collection, with no filler material or real protection, is simply not sufficient. The support team were friendly, but the process felt unnecessarily drawn out in both cases. Some responses also made it feel at times as though we were an inconvenience for politely asking for a solution to a problem that was not our fault. Beautiful products, but disappointing packaging and a frustrating support experience.

The eyeshadow blends amazingly and great assortment of colours. The blush book is awesome The colours are pigmented and blend so well. The brushes are lovely but would say it would be better if they were labelled for their intended use if nothing else but a guide.
