Very disappointed with the customer service I've ordered 3 mystery box in the last two months not one of them came as promised the next day delivery I did get a refund on delivery money but that didn't take away the feeling of it not arriving on my birthday. I ordered another one which promised a free gift which is why I brought it , came to checkout the gift wasn't there. I complained and the staff just fobbed me off with it wasn't the exact date even though I showed photo evidence of it showing this false advertisement on the page with date and time taken. I never got the free gift I feel upset because I totally love plouise and being a disabled person the mystery boxes normally bring me so much joy being agrophobic.I buy them not for a cheap deal but because I like the idea of not knowing what I'm getting the experience the excitement. But recently it's always skincare no make up except brushes. If I'm honest I've offered the solution befor just make different types of myself boxes do make up ones then skincare separate and mix and match so one with both and with the making up ones do a pink one a neutral coloured one and a colourful one it's that simple to make the mystery boxes more happy for everyone. When the box finally came all the scents where very florally scents and it just felt like other than two items it was all stuff that doesn't sell to me but all of that I could of let go if I had just had an honest email from customer service just saying I'm sorry there was an issue with them website instead of trying to convince me I Imagen what I experienced. I'm going to give the boxes a miss for a while. I really love plouise but Customer service needs to emprove quite a bit I hope this email helps them to. I do think there skincare is incredible and I didn't like the cherry mask at all it smelt of alcohol normally there smells are incredible, I do love the scrub but the cherry mask id got in my last box and I really don't like the spray except the raspberry one. I think they could am a mystery skincare box to grils night in on a Friday and the make up to which ever skin tone each person has a lot more customers would be very happy and I would sell a lot more. I would of spent so much more on boxes this month if they had arrived on time and had some make up in. Hopefully this all emproves in time and maybe then I would buy again but for now the experience was a upsetting one.

What good is a £15 mini mystery box? For me it is awesome - triple value! I got the foaming face cleanser in a le fragrance [Strawberry Shortcake], a Bad B Double Lip Oil in a popular combination [Candy Beans & Pink Lemonade], and the Keeping Your Cool priming stick that I've been curious about. That's £15, £15, and £18.

Got a mini mystery box for my 13 year old. It was worth more that the £30 Baby bad b - sherbet lemon £15, fruit loops cooling primer £18, side eyelashes £5-10 depending offer or not. She was very happy.
