I’m honestly so impressed with this makeup palette! The colors are beautiful, highly pigmented, and blend so smoothly. It’s perfect for both everyday looks and full glam makeup. Se tardó un mes exacto en llegar a CHILE, la caja vino un poco dañada pero la paleta estaba en excelentes condiciones, el seguimiento de royalmail es muy deficiente, pero valió totalmente la espera, la paleta es hermosaaa, estoy enamorada!!!😍😍
I had one customer service agent tell me if it was out of stock. I had another message me telling me pay via paypal, so I assumed it was IN STOCK again. So 2 different customer service agents telling me different things. I paid for straight through paypal and sent more emails than I am allowed to include asking when I would receive my item. I even told them my wedding day with the promise there would be plenty of time between receiving the item and my wedding my day. On my wedding day, I had to use wet and wild makeup because i had expected this item. I never got it. ITS BEEN 3 YEARS. 3. YEARS. I was in the military, now a veteran as of a month again. as WAS my husband, yes WAS, because he passed away in the line of duty 6/14/2024, never able to see our twins be born 1/8/2025. I am absolutely disgusted at the fact it’s been 3 years. It ruined my wedding day, my husband is now gone, and this situation still hurts me. As I’m seeing the company CEO gloat about being in first class on a plane and how much hard work she’s done. My work was much harder, I didn’t mess people over in my line of work, I protected them. So while you’re taking first class flights and gloating about your hard work, you have customers like myself who can gloat about fighting for your freedom to screw me over on a makeup pallet and the effect it’s still having on me because I will never get the wedding photos in the makeup I wanted, that I paid for, that I deserved back again. No photo redos. My husband is gone. And you all continue to ignore my emails. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I honestly love this palette. 🤍 It's one of those that you open and instantly know you're going to use all the shades. The mattes blend so easily, the shimmers are beautiful, and the color story is just perfect. Whether I'm doing a soft everyday look or something a bit more glam, this palette always has what I need.
