The item is absolutely lovely! I'm 100% certain my goddaughter is going to love it and her suitcase when she opens them on her birthday. The external packaging was not of an acceptable standard. The cup was in a bag and taped to the suitcase box, this was split, leaving the box exposed. Photograph attached of how the parcel arrived! Thankfully it wasn't raining and the box wasn't damaged.

Bought 3 of these cups for my granddaughters & they look lovely and although packaging is beautiful, 2 of the cups do not have the star sign at the front so I cannot tell whose they are till they are opened which is a shame as they were for gifts
