I received this product for free with the purchase of the Creative Come Back set, and as you can see from the photos, I had some issues with it.
At first, I didn't know how to use it and thought you had to press it. Later, I watched some videos and realized that you actually have to twist it. Since nothing was happening, I removed the outer wrapping because I thought that was preventing the product from coming up, which is why it no longer has it.
After that, I tried opening it with pliers and ended up bending it 😅. Then I used another tool and, surprise, there actually was product inside. However, it seemed to be very far down, and no matter how much I tried to twist it up, it wouldn't move.
That said, the product itself is amazing. It’s very moisturizing, smells wonderful, and the packaging is absolutely beautiful. Because of the issue, I contacted customer support, sent them a video and photos, and they resolved everything very quickly by sending me a replacement.
The new one works perfectly and the product comes up exactly as it should when twisted!
My experience with pass the plump is amazing, my lips where never this soft and smooth.. And i love to apply before my make up, it is so easy to put lip liner after pass the plump 👍👍😘

The product comes up properly when twisted, it's very moisturizing, and it smells amazing. It leaves my lips feeling super soft, and the packaging is absolutely adorable.
I love the Cherry Bubblegum Flavour Fantasy, its sweetness and the way it dispenses the right amount from the pot. Packed with conditioning oils like coconut oil and jojoba oil, this mini Pass The Plump keeps lips feeling smooth, nourished, and plush all day long.
Formula is brilliant the only negative thing is that the actual mechanical twister to push the lip balm up doesn’t actually work on mine so I’ve had to manually remove the top and take the lip balm out of there which is quite a hassle but other than that the formula is 10 out of 10
I received pass the plumb in cherry bubblegum as a gift with purchase. I was sceptical at first because I'm not a cherry scent fan but I'm actually keen on the scent due to it leaning more into the bubblegum notes.
