The most pigmented and beautiful palette I have ever received. This was my first purchase from P.Louise and I’m so grateful that my boyfriend bought me this for my Mother’s Day gift. Just amazed and can’t wait to create more looks with it.
My palette came damage. The black shadow broke and now the package is stained in various areas with black shadow. I've tried cleaning it but most of it is not coming off. I'm very particular with the aesthetic of my vanity and items. I do not like my items looking trashy or damaged so the fact the packaging is stained up is nerve wracking for me. I emailed customer service and sent pictures and this video and they offered me a $6 in store credit. I asked for a new undamaged palette and a postage paid return envelope so I could return the damaged palette to them. I was told they were having system difficulties and could not print up a label that I'd have to get one and send in the palette with receipt. That sounds great in theory but I have very little free time. I'm averaging 110-120 hours a week at work, not exaggerating. I honestly don't have time to stand in line and pay postage. I wouid have preferred to just drop the package off and leave. Now I need to find the time to do it. And it was honestly a slap in the face to offer a $6 credit. I've spent probably $350+ in the last two weeks on product with them.
Absolutely lovely! The color range is fantastic and great for bold or everyday looks. Same great quality as my last palette from Plouise. I’m already recommending it to friends. And the packaging??? I’m mean come on this thing is a work of art. 💖
The quality of the eyeshadows is superb. The formulas are very pigmented and the shimmers are beautiful. All of them work better with some kind of primer, of course. The matte glittered formula works really well with a glitter glue. If you don't use it, the glitters fall off and it becomes basically matte. The product is really good if u know how to use them correctly. I definitely recommend this pallete. Some colors look completely different then what u see in the pallete (specially some dual chrome ones), but that's not a flaw, it's just how the pigment works. Once you're familiar with the pallete you'll be able to do wonderful things with it.

What can I say it’s another winner beautiful colours ,great payoff .
The colors are buildable. Blending is a dream with this palate as well as the sparkle shades are gorgeous to die for so shimmery never had a palate with these that do not require a base. My only criticism is the pigment is not as full as I would like it on the matte shades.
The palette came in lots of packaging to keep it safe, there's no contamination between eyeshadow which was my only concern and the mirror is very clear

My first order came and a couole of the shadows were broken, so I exchanged it. Order arrived beautifully packaged and intact. Colors are brilliant and pigment is consistent and hefty! Love love love!
